Technology is a great equalizer

In many ways, for a long time, large corporations with deep pockets held many advantages over smaller operations that held tightly on to the purse strings.
Technology has changed that.
The barrier to entry is the same for everyone, large and small. For most, it’s a matter of diving in to learn about new tools available instead of hanging back, pretending that technology won’t change things.
Celebrities now bemoan the fact that a journalist can print a rumor and within an hour it has spread to websites around the world somehow masquerading as truth because it’s printed.
Today’s companies have to be vigilant at not only monitoring but responding quickly to criticisms online.
Technology has made those online tools available to everyone, both those who support and those who discount you. The same tools are available to large companies and small companies.
To play in today’s information age, you need a good game plan and a knowledgeable team or consultant.
Don’t be afraid of technology, rather embrace it.
