For public relations and business communicator professionals we’re finally past the discussion of whether or not social media tools are an effective way to communicate, so let’s talk specifics.

This month’s PRSA luncheon topic will focus on specific strategies for utilizing social media as well as a handful of measurement tools to help communicators and those in leadership roles make decisions based on the success of social media engagement.

The social media strategies and measurement tools discussion will include examples and best practices as well as opportunities to address specific challenges faced by attendees and their organizations.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Develop a social media and online strategy that supports organizational goals and objectives
  • Implement brand journalism and social visual communication engagement strategies
  • Maximize and measure your digital presence
  • Use tools like RSS feeds, Social Tally and Sprout Social to track and communicate the effectiveness of your social media activities
