“Pete Codella was wonderful. I think it is hard to teach and convey the importance of a medium [social media] that is so foreign to the audience. But I think he did a great job showing why you want to and how it should be done.”
— anonymous feedback following Codella’s May 7, 2009 presentation at the Mountain West Conference on the Arts by the Utah Arts Council
“I really enjoyed your presentation for Ski Utah. It’s a rare talent to be able to give a relevant presentation to fifty people of different backgrounds and various degrees of social media sophistication, and keep them all engrossed for 90 minutes. Since I returned to the office, I’ve been applying your tips, thinking about engaging rather than pushing, finding keywords, reviewing metrics and checking out the other tools that you mentioned. Wow! I think we all could have spent the day absorbing your insight and knowledge. Thanks again for a fascinating experience.”
— Ralph Johnson, Davis Area Convention and Visitors Bureau
