Description: Listening to what’s being said is part of an effective business communication strategy. In many ways, listening is more important than speaking.
In this 90-minute hands-on workshop you’ll learn how to set-up a Google RSS reader and monitor (for free) what people say about your business and industry online.
The workshop will focus on Google tools, from a Gmail account to the Google Reader. We’ll also discuss other free monitoring tools and their respective uses.
